With our business continuing to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Area Sales Canvass Manager to lead, develop and expand our existing door-to-door canvassing teams across Scotland.
THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales leader with a background in direct sales and canvassing who is ready to take the next step into a senior management position. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in driving lead generation, growing our field sales operation and developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers outstanding results.
Hours: 40 Hrs Per Week (Mon – Fri, 12 PM – 7 PM)
Location: Field-based role in Scotland, with 1 day per week in Largs Depot
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Leading and motivating your team to generate leads and achieve sales targets
- Recruiting, training and supporting new Field Sales Executives
- Coaching your team to improve performance and increase customer retention
- Planning canvassing areas, routes and daily activities
- Training your team on sales techniques, product knowledge and customer service
- Monitoring performance and helping your team meet and exceed targets
- Working closely with senior management to help grow the business across Scotland
ABOUT YOU:
We're looking for someone who can inspire others while leading from the front.
- Proven success in sales/lead generation, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Previous management or leadership experience within a sales environment
- Residential field sales or door-to-door canvassing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and people management skills
- A proactive, positive and results-driven attitude
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel where required
- A commitment to continuous personal development
- A full UK driving licence
What We Offer
- £40,000 basic salary
- Uncapped bonus scheme with realistic OTE of £50,000–£65,000
