Role Overview
Provide hands-on technical support for industrial systems and production technology. You'll work alongside engineers and operations teams to troubleshoot equipment, document issues, and help maintain reliable production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for industrial systems.
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Monitor system and equipment performance.
- Support installation and configuration activities.
- Record technical issues and corrective actions.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Assist engineers with maintenance and improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma, HNC/HND, or degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of technical or industrial experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of industrial control systems and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work around industrial environments.
Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
