Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle cash register operations and process payments efficiently and accurately
- Support bar operations by bartending or serving drinks as required, including barista duties if applicable
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and health regulations at all times
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with catering, serving, or food preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Experience in bartending or barista work is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations ensures compliance and promotes guest safety
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for engaging with guests and team members alike

Pay: £12.85-£13.65 per hour
