Responsibilities

- Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while ensuring timely service
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol consumption and uphold safety protocols
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety standards
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and drink measurements
- Familiarity with hospitality principles that prioritize guest satisfaction and safety
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
