We are seeking an experienced Lead Recovery Worker to support us to develop our move on project to start as soon as possible
You will be working alongside 3 other Team Leaders.

24 bed Residential service for young adults with Mental Health and Autism.
Currently rated Good in all areas with CQC and are preferred providers for NCC having complex hospital discharge contracts.
We are looking for someone who has experience managing a team to deliver quality support , understands the need for compliance and good record keeping, have good communication skills to include IT. Experience with dispensing medications and carrying out audits.
Must be able to work a rota to set up a shift to suit the needs of those you are supporting, self motivated and willing to work as a part of a team to provide support to individuals to gain skills to support people to move to independent living.

36hrs per week
Sleep in as required
12 hour shift pattern to include every other weekend & occasional nights as required an additional £1 an hour will be given for night shifts
Shifts are 8am-8pm or 9am-9pm
