Experienced Front of House Staff Wanted – Biddys by Soph
Biddys by Soph is a retro-inspired cafe/diner/restaurant bringing good food and a welcoming atmosphere to the community.
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable & experienced Front of House Team Member to join our team. The hours will be flexible to meet the needs of the business. Extra hours may be available at our Sister businesses
What the job involves:
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Taking orders and serving food & drinks
- Keeping the floor running smoothly
- Making sure every guest has a fantastic, positive experience
- Making drinks (hot & cold) basic food preparation such as sandwiches, salads etc
- Stock control
- Maintaining an exceptional level of cleanliness at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly, approachable, flexible attitude
- Teamwork and good communication skills
- Reliability and willingness to learn
- A creative mind to suggest new ideas, drinks & dishes
- A passion or interest for social media/content creation
- Barista or food preparation experience would be highly beneficial
