Mangiare is looking for a skilled Head Chef to join its team.
Well established in the local community, Mangiare has been around for over a decade serving freshly cooked food. We are very proud of our menu which has lovingly been put together to make sure there is something for everyone using the best ingredients and cooking them to perfection to create amazing, colourful dishes with all the best flavours inspired by Italian cuisine.

We are looking for a skilled, experienced Head Chef looking to join and manage our team of chefs on a full time basis.
The candidate will inherit a really dynamic team of chefs. Full training will be provided on site and being able to lead the team after the training period is the main goal.
For this position we are looking for a dynamic individual that wants to excel. Quality is really important and we are looking for someone whose work ethic relies on these same principles. Work well under pressure and be able to teach and share experience and knowledge are the other main key qualities.
The candidate will have previous experience and knowledge on:
- Stock management
- People training
- Food safety
- Health and Safety
- Allergens
- Scheduling
