Bar & Floor Staff – Competitive Socialising & Nightlife Venue
Location: Norwich City Centre
Contract: Part-Time / Zero-Hours (Must be available for late finishes, Thursday – Saturday)

We are Norwich’s next-generation nightlife and competitive socialising venue, housing distinct operational zones including BOX22 (sports bar + games),our Garden Bar and CTRL Room (club room & events space). We blend high-energy live sport, street food, big beats, and bold drinks.
We’re looking for versatile, high-energy team members to deliver fast-paced bar service, run food, keep floor standards sharp, and make every session seamless.
The Role
Working across both the bar and the floor, you'll be essential to keeping our peak weekend trade running smoothly. We need fast, adaptable crew who thrive in high-tempo environments and are comfortable with late-night weekend finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bar Service: Prepare and serve draught beer, premium spirits, simple mixers, and high-volume cocktails accurately and efficiently.
- Food & Table Delivery: Run street food orders directly to tables and gaming areas quickly and accurately.
- Floor Standards: Continuously clear glasses, wipe down tables, clear food packaging, and maintain clean floor space across all zones during busy sessions.
- Guest Experience: Deliver sharp, friendly customer service under high-volume trading conditions.
- POS & Payments: Operate till systems, process payments, and manage tab transactions accurately.
- Team Operations: Work closely with floor, security, and kitchen teams to maintain a safe, clean, and electric atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 or over due to licensing requirements.
- Full availability for late-night weekend shifts (Thursday through Saturday).
- High energy, clear communication, and an active shift pace—you’ll be moving constantly between bar and floor.
- Strong multitasking ability and a proactive attitude toward keeping the venue clean and clear.
- Previous bar, food service, or hospitality experience is a bonus, but full operational training will be provided for candidates with the right drive.
