We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hair Salon Manager to lead and oversee daily salon operations. Duties
- Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments and supervising staff.
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists and support staff to achieve high standards of service.
- Oversee retail sales, merchandising, and promotional activities to maximise revenue.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent phone etiquette and personalised service.
- Organise staff rotas, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure team development.
- Handle administrative tasks such as stock management, financial reporting, and maintaining records.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients whilst retaining existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and creativity.
Requirements
Exceptional skills in cutting, colouring and styling
- Proven management or supervisory experience within a hair or beauty salon environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills with an aptitude for time management and multitasking.
- Effective communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Retail management experience, including sales management and merchandising expertise.
- Administrative experience with proficiency in scheduling, stock control, and financial documentation.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and organisational skills to handle client enquiries efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Management qualifications or relevant industry certifications are desirable but not essential.

Pay: £24,420.00-£42,815.60 per year
