About us
We help disabled people show they have a verified disability, giving them easier access to venues, travel, carer tickets and discounts. More than 250,000 people now hold our card, and everything we make is produced in-house at our facility in Suffolk.
Our website is the heart of the business. It is built in Webflow, and we are partway through a major conversion optimisation programme with one of the world's leading CRO consultancies. We need an excellent developer to bring it all to life.
The role
You will be our dedicated Webflow developer, working full time from our office in Woodbridge alongside our design and development team. Day to day you will take finished UI designs and build them beautifully in Webflow, and you will implement a steady stream of changes, experiments and new pages arising from our CRO programme.
This is a hands-on build role with real ownership. You will see your work go live quickly and watch its effect on conversion in the numbers.
What you will do
- Build new pages, sections and components in Webflow from supplied UI designs, with close attention to detail.
- Implement changes and A/B tests from our conversion optimisation programme, working to a regular testing cadence.
- Write clean custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) where Webflow alone will not do.
- Keep the site fast, responsive and accessible. Accessibility genuinely matters here given who we serve, so WCAG-aware development is part of the job, not an afterthought.
- Set up and maintain tracking, tags and integrations (GA4, Google Tag Manager, testing tools, forms and CRM connections).
- Work closely with our in-house dev team so the website and our wider systems stay joined up.
What we are looking for
- Proven, demonstrable expertise in Webflow. You should be able to show us polished sites you have built, including CMS work and interactions.
- Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript for custom code within Webflow.
- Experience implementing A/B tests or CRO changes, or a clear aptitude and enthusiasm for it.
- A sharp eye for design fidelity. Your builds should match the designs, at every screen size.
- Good working knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and performance.
- Someone organised and communicative who enjoys working shoulder to shoulder with designers, developers and marketers.
Nice to have
- Experience with A/B testing platforms such as Convert or VWO.
- Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar or similar analytics and research tools.
- Experience with Zapier, Make or lightweight API integrations.
- SEO awareness when building and restructuring pages.
Working arrangement
This role is based full time at our office in Woodbridge, Suffolk. We are a close team and the crossover with our developers and designers is where the best work happens.
Why join us
- Genuinely meaningful work: your builds directly help disabled people live with more independence and confidence.
- A high-impact role where your work ships quickly and its results are measured.
- Exposure to a world-class CRO methodology through our work with a leading conversion consultancy.
- A friendly, family-founded company that is growing fast.
