We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Consultant Solicitor to join our legal team. Duties
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients across a range of legal matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and clarity
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as required
- Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to inform case strategies
- Assist in the preparation of legal reports, submissions, and documentation for court cases or negotiations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes affecting client interests
- Build and sustain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and organisational policies throughout all activities
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with relevant practising certificate recognised within the jurisdiction
- Proven experience within a legal context
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyse complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
