Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Implement and oversee process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to ensure efficient workflow, on-time delivery, and optimal use of resources.
- Promote a culture of quality by reinforcing standards, monitoring production output, and ensuring any deviations are investigated and resolved effectively.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless material flow and timely procurement of raw materials.
- Supervise assembly processes, ensuring mechanical knowledge is applied effectively for optimal output.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions
Working hours - Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm - 40 hours per week
