The Role
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional service throughout each guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain accurate guest records and payment information.
- Promote hotel facilities, dining experiences, and spa services.
- Resolve guest queries professionally and efficiently.
About You
- Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends.
