Cranswick Country Foods Poultry is a specialty producer of delicious, cooked poultry ingredients and is a leading innovator in the industry.
Main purpose of the role is to oversee the area and ensure appropriate stock rotation. The role requires always maintaining full product traceability, as well as the effective operation and understanding of key equipment and PPE.
The key elements of the role are:
- Ensure temperature checks are conducted and recorded
- Communicating product changes to packing department
- To conduct preflight checks, checking the machine speed is set up correctly, no visual damage to the machine
- To ensure the lines are serviced with the required specification product
- Ensure the product packed to the correct specification (weight, pack size, etc.)
- To guide and train new starters
- Ensure the companies hygiene policies are adhered too and maintained at all times.
- To supervise line operatives on a day-to-day basis ensuring that performance, product quality, good housekeeping, discipline and safety standards are maintained.
- To ensure correct recording of KPI, downtime
- Ensure all issues communicated to team leaders/ managers in timely manner
This advert covers two positions:
4on 4off day shift, 5am to 5pm
4on 4off night shift, 5pm to 5am

Pay: £14.27-£15.27 per hour
