Executive Assistant | Leeds
The rewards:
- £32,000 per annum plus 10% flex fund

Hours:
- Monday to Friday, standard office hours
The role of Executive Assistant:
- Managing the diary and schedule of senior leadership
- Co-ordinating and preparing materials for meetings including agendas, presentations, and minutes
- Acting as first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership
- Organising travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handling confidential documentation with discretion and accuracy
- Supporting the preparation of reports and correspondence
- Assisting with planning and execution of departmental events and initiatives
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
The ideal Executive Assistant:
- Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, ideally within the public sector
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Meticulous approach to sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive mindset and able to work independently
