The venue has a rich history with great owners for a long period of time who have real industry passion and who are also extremely hands on.
Our food is all made fresh, menus change regularly (All new dishes go through the owners), creativity and flavour are key!!
We are a 5* kitchen and intend on keeping it that way, so having a fear of cleaning isn't a trait you'll need.
We are a one team venue, with no front and back of house divide. We encourage open communication with a reminder that the guest comes first.
We work the occasional weekend event and Christmas obviously picks up. We offer bespoke menu services to our guests, you tell us what you'd like, we'll build it.
