Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Financial Planning Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in financial planning processes, ensuring accurate report writing, analysis, and efficient administrative operations. Duties
- Prepare and compile detailed financial reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Analyse financial data to support planning and decision-making processes
- Assist with the development and maintenance of financial plans and documentation
- Manage correspondence with clients and internal teams via email and other communication channels
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Organise schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Contribute to report writing for internal reviews or client presentations
- Utilise IT skills effectively to streamline administrative processes

- Strong report writing and analysis skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant programmes
