Halo Corporate Finance Ltd are a leading broker in the financial services industry. As an award-winning company, we are looking to increase our enthusiastic and hardworking team that assist our specialist brokers at Head Office, to support our growing business.
No previous experience in the finance industry is necessary as training will be provided, but we would favour applicants with previous administration experience. The applicant must have great numeracy skills, excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and be able to communicate with individuals at all levels. They should also be able to juggle and prioritise a diverse task list.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting sales operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and a keen eye for organisational detail.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and management of sales documentation using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software, and other relevant systems
- Support sales team with administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and reporting
- Manage customer enquiries via email and telephone with professional communication skills
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes efficiently
- Update and manage client information ensuring data accuracy and confidentialitY
- Monitor sales targets and assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and reports
- Utilise Microsoft Outlook for effective time management and scheduling of appointments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM software, Sage, and other relevant IT tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good computer literacy with a solid understanding of IT systems and software applications
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
