We are a Chinese restaurant based in London and are seeking a Chef to join us.
Location: Battersea, London
Salary: £31,500 per annum

Main duites:
- Cook and prepare many types of dishes, produce sauces accompanying the dishes.
- Ensure foods are stored and kept at proper holding temperatures;
- Assist in improving current menu and creating fresh, flavoursome and well-balanced meals.
- Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment;
- Follow all company operational kitchen process and procedures, achieving all required standards;
- Comply with food hygiene and Health & Safety regulations;
- Maintain kitchen equipment and take care of waste;
Suitable candidate must have at least 2 year working experience as a Chinese Chef. Suitable candidate must be also proficient in Chinese as most of our staff are Chinese speaking.
Pay: From £31,500.00 per year
