- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot complex electrical or mechanical problems.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large parts or equipment during repairs or replacements.
- Maintain detailed records of all service work performed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and addressing customer concerns professionally.
Skills
