Job
We are looking for someone hard working and enthusiastic to join our team as a part time member. The correct candidate will be able to adapt and learn different departments, work well independently and as part of a team, be confident running track sessions, lasertag games, organising groups in reception and cafe, supervising and briefing archery/axe throwing sessions, work in our bar and mini golf area, and helping with general cleaning and maintenance work. Mostly weekends but weekday/evening shifts may be available.
Responsibilities
- Marshal the track sessions to a high standard.
- Brief and supervise axe throwing and archery sessions.
- Serve our customers in the cafe and cook food for parties.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly service and assistance as needed.
- Welcome customers and check them in at reception.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality.
- Brief and run lasertag games.
- Cleaning and general upkeep.
- Supervise our new golf area and check customers in.
- Serving drinks on the bar, alcoholic and non alcoholic.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer facing roles not essential but helpful.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team setting.
Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
