Job Title: Door Supervisor
Duties:
- Monitor and control access to premises, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry
- Conduct security checks on individuals, bags, and belongings as necessary
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergencies
- Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as required
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent observation and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is preferred but not required
