What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales & Buying Assistant you’ll become an expert in buying, selling and valuing an incredible range of products including:
- Mobile phones
- Laptops & PCs
- Tablets
- Games consoles & retro gaming
- Gold & jewellery
- Watches
- Bikes
- Musical equipment
- And much more…
Your role will include:
- Buying quality items directly from customers
- Negotiating fair prices and building trust
- Selling products with confidence and enthusiasm
- Delivering first-class customer service
- Creating eye-catching displays
- Maintaining high store standards
- Helping the team achieve sales targets
- Learning new products and technologies every day
- Supporting our online and social media presence
Full training is provided, so you don’t need experience buying goods—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident
- Passionate about customer service
- Driven to achieve sales targets
- Interested in technology, gaming or gadgets
- Quick to learn and enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Honest, reliable and a strong team player
- Comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life
- Positive with a “can-do” attitude
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but personality and enthusiasm are just as important.
If you already buy and sell online through Facebook Marketplace, eBay or Vinted—or simply enjoy finding a bargain—that’s a real bonus.

Hours
- Full Time
- Permanent
- 45 hours per week
- Monday to Saturday (rota)
