STK Stratford is looking for hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join our dynamic back-of-house team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping a kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety are maintained throughout the kitchen.
- Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, pot wash, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Assist with deliveries by checking, storing, and rotating stock appropriately.
- Dispose of waste and recycling safely and in line with company procedures.
- Support chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard.
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, and COSHH procedures.
- Help maintain an organised and efficient working environment.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Right to work in the UK.
