Experienced Cocktail Bartender / Senior Bar Staff – Leith Social Club
Pay: From £12.81 per hour – higher rate available depending on experience

Leith Social Club is looking for an experienced bartender to become a key part of our small team.
We're not looking for just another pair of hands behind the bar. We need someone who knows their way around a cocktail station, has a genuine interest in drinks and hospitality, and has the confidence and personality to help us develop what we're doing.
Leith Social Club isn't a traditional cocktail bar. We're a modern take on the neighbourhood pub, heavily influenced by the music, style and culture of the 80s and 90s. Think Britpop, great music, craft beer, properly made cocktails and a pub that doesn't take itself too seriously.
We're looking for somebody who gets that.
What we're looking for:
- Strong previous cocktail experience is essential
- Confident making quality classic and contemporary cocktails
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility behind the bar
- Good knowledge of spirits, beer and general bar service
- Fast, organised and calm when things get busy
- Friendly, outgoing and genuinely interested in customers
- Someone with ideas who'd like to have some input into cocktails, drinks and how the bar develops
- Reliable and able to work predominantly weekends
You'll be working closely with our manager, who oversees Leith Social Club and our sister pub, and we're looking for someone capable of becoming a strong and trusted member of the team.
The role is currently mainly Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with plans to extend our opening week to Thursday–Sunday in the near future.
