Recruitment Consultant - Education
Salary: £28,000 per annum + benefits

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a successful team specialising in the education sector. No previous recruitment experience is required — what matters most is your attitude, ambition, resilience, and willingness to learn.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in connecting talented education professionals with schools and education settings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, skills, and career goals
- Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for education roles
- Advertising vacancies and managing candidate applications
- Conducting telephone interviews and candidate screening
- Working closely with schools and education settings to understand their recruitment needs
- Managing your own candidate pipeline and keeping accurate records
- Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Developing your knowledge of the education recruitment market
This is a target-driven and rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to develop valuable sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 7:15am – 5:30pm
The role is office-based and suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a busy, energetic, and supportive team.
