Castlewellan Castle Christian Conference Centre is looking for a reliable, hands-on Catering Assistant to support our small kitchen team. Set within Castlewellan Forest Park, we host church groups, schools, and conferences year-round, providing accommodation for up to 180 guests — and good food is at the heart of every stay.
Working alongside our Head of Catering, you'll help prepare and serve meals to a consistently high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking for groups, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable using their own initiative.
What we're looking for:
- Experience working in a kitchen or catering environment
- Ability to cook to a high standard and work independently
- A good understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
