We are launching our active global expansion with an ambitious goal: to scale to 1,000,000+ active users worldwide. To achieve this vision, we are looking for a high-performing Head of Affiliate & Performance Growth for a strategic, long-term collaboration.
The Opportunity & Leadership Scope:
This is an entrepreneurial, performance-driven leadership role for someone who understands full-funnel digital marketing and wants to build a scalable creator acquisition engine:
- Strategic Creator Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and partner with high-impact TikTok creators, Instagram influencers, and health & longevity voices globally.
- Affiliate Network Architecture: Structure and scale our global referral loops, equipping creator networks with tailored tracking links and high-converting marketing materials.
- Campaign & Viral Growth: Design and execute viral campaigns, cold creator outreach, and performance funnels that drive sustainable, high-volume app subscriptions.
- Team & Ecosystem Scaling: As subscriber volume grows, lead and coordinate broader affiliate initiatives and creator managers across international markets.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Solid background in Influencer Marketing, Creator Outreach, Affiliate Networks, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing mechanics, RevShare/CPA structures, and creator economics.
- Long-term growth mindset: motivated by big targets (scaling towards 1M users) and passionate about the health-tech/wellness space.
- Strong negotiation, pitch, and communication skills to close deals with international creators.
- High autonomy, analytical mindset, and a focus on compounding monthly recurring revenue.
