Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
A rapidly growing claimant personal injury firm is expanding its Clinical Negligence team and is looking for an ambitious Solicitor to join its Manchester office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a high-performing clinical negligence practice, with genuine progression towards Associate level and exposure to some of the most complex claims in the department.
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. Your work will include pre-issue and litigated claims.
You will work closely with the Head of Department on high-value and catastrophic clinical negligence claims, including significant birth injury cases. This provides an excellent platform to develop your technical expertise and gain exposure to complex litigation.
About You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or equivalent with 1–3 years’ PQE and existing Clinical Negligence experience.
You’ll have strong technical and drafting skills, excellent client care and the confidence to manage your own caseload. You’ll also be ambitious, tenacious and keen to develop within a growing specialist team.
