Job Overview
This is an on site role at Emma Jealouse Ltd.
We make garments for Film, TV and Theatre productions around the globe, all from our workshop in the heart of Kingston Upon Thames.
We are looking for a confident and competent person to join our team, who has experience of machining and hand sewing with a keen eye for detail.
Nessesary Skills
- At least 5 years sewing experience working in a sewing environment not including education
- Be able to work on industrial and domestic machines
- Be able to complete garments start to finish following provided pattern and instructions
- Must be able to wear a thimble whilst hand sewing
- Have a good knowledge of fabrics and sewing techniques with the ability to sew a welt pocket, fly zip or similar
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Work independently or in a team to meet the required deadline

Pay - £15-£18 per hour
Working hours - 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Occasional work outside these hours may be required to meet deadlines
