Snug Lofts is a growing loft boarding and insulation company covering the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
We're looking for an experienced Loft Boarding & Insulation Installer to join our team, with immediate starts available.
This is not a trainee position. We're looking for someone who already has experience working in lofts, can work at a fast and efficient pace, and consistently produces high-quality work.
The Role
You'll be carrying out residential loft installations including:
- Raised loft boarding systems
- Loft insulation installation and top-ups
- Loft ladders and loft hatches
- Timber framing and strengthening
- Loft lighting and storage solutions
- General loft improvement works
Most of our work is within approximately one hour of our Tipton base.
What We're Looking For
Previous loft installation experience is essential.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience installing raised loft boarding
- Has experience installing loft insulation
- Can work quickly and efficiently
- Is confident working independently
- Has good practical and carpentry skills
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Is reliable and punctual
- Is professional when working in customers' homes
- Keeps jobs clean and tidy
- Holds a full UK driving licence
Experience fitting loft ladders and loft hatches is highly desirable.
