SENIOR WAITING STAFF
We require MATURE experienced staff to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
- Take customers food & beverage orders and process them through the EPOS
- Delivering & clearing food & beverages to customers efficiently
- Make customers aware of our daily specials or menu offers
- Wine knowledge
- Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals
- Process cash & credit/debit card transactions
- Be aware of your Health & Safety responsibilities
- Carry out instructions given by the management team
Other duties/responsibilities:
- Be friendly, smiley, sociable and welcoming to our customers, to create a great atmosphere
- Be helpful and go out of your way to help our customers and colleagues
- Be confident and self-motivated
- Be honest and reliable
- Be trustworthy and respectful
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends!!
