About the Role
We are looking for a Graduate Outreach Intern to speak directly with students and graduates and introduce them to AlumHive.
Your main responsibility is simple:
Talk to people. Explain AlumHive. Get them onboarded.What You'll Do
- Contact students and graduates through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone and other channels.
- Explain what AlumHive is and how it helps job seekers.
- Explain the Video CV concept in a simple way.
- Encourage students to register on AlumHive.
- Help them complete their profile.
- Encourage them to upload their CV and create their Video CV.
- Follow up with people who haven't completed registration.
- Answer basic questions about AlumHive.
- Maintain regular communication with interested job seekers.

- Confident speaking with new people.
- Friendly and persuasive personality.
- Good English communication.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
- Ability to explain something simply.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Fresh graduates and students are welcome.

Your role is to convert conversations into active Hive job seekers.

Pay: £200.00 per month
