We are looking to recruit part-time Chef/ Kitchen Assistant staff to join our team in South Queensferry. The Little Bakery is open between 9am - 5pm, and applicants should be available to work during these times.

We are looking for someone that can work to an exceptionally high standard and make delicious dishes for our customers.
- Passionate about delivering excellent food and a willingness to work in a dynamic and evolving kitchen
- Assist the Head Chef, on the day to day running of the kitchen
- Have a good level of food knowledge and an understanding of modern food preparation techniques.
- Committed to delivering first class service
- A can-do attitude, hands on approach and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and the ability to work well with others
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Prepare work and work stations for each day.
- Assist in checking storage areas for cleanliness, quantity & quality of food products.
- Follow and display high levels of health and safety regulation
