St Clare Hospice is a leading provider of specialist palliative care and an influential centre for learning and development. Our Education Hub supports hospice staff, volunteers and healthcare professionals to build the skills and confidence needed to provide outstanding end-of-life care.
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Education Administrator to help deliver a dynamic programme of internal and external education that makes a real difference to patients, families and communities.
About the role
As a key member of the Education Hub, you will coordinate a wide range of learning activities, from staff development programmes and mandatory training to workshops, conferences and specialist education events.
You will manage bookings, support digital learning platforms, organise events and work closely with clinicians, educators and external partners to ensure every learning experience runs smoothly. Your work will directly support workforce development and help improve care for people living with life-limiting illness.
We are looking for someone who:
Is highly organised and enjoys coordinating events and activities
Has excellent administrative and customer service skills
Communicates confidently with a wide range of people
Has strong attention to detail
Is comfortable using digital systems and technology
Uses initiative and enjoys improving processes
Works well independently and as part of a team
