Trivaro Partners is recruiting for an experienced Welder to join the fabrication team of a well-established global manufacturer specialising in large-scale crop processing equipment. This role involves the fabrication and assembly of grain dryers, agricultural machinery, and associated sub-assemblies to a high standard of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality welding on mild steel across a range of material thicknesses.
- Manufacture and assemble machinery, components, and sub-assemblies in line with engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately and work independently.
- Carry out fitting and assembly tasks, including component alignment, shaft fitting, and drive installation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards.
- Maintain high levels of workmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in welding, preferably within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings without supervision.
- Mechanical fitting and assembly experience.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and capable of working on large-scale fabricated structures.
