We are looking to recruit a female* Support Worker to work 2 x 12hr weekend shifts (mixture of days & waking night shifts on a rolling 4 week rota). You should be dedicated, compassionate and be able to contribute to the overall well-being and success of the individuals in our supported housing project. The postholders will be committed to providing a safe, supportive and empowering environment over weekends (12hr shifts).
We’d especially like to hear from applicants who have experience in a similar role offering support to people with complex needs such as substance misuse, mental health or offending issues.
Candidates should hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
Roles are subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
