Due to popular demand for our new restaurant, we are now looking to expand our kitchen team at Ship Inn Flamborough.
We are looking for an exceptional Chef de Partie to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen of our new pub and restaurant in the heart of Flamborough.
Having only being open for a week, this is a rare opportunity to help shape a kitchen and create a true destination dining experience on the Yorkshire coast.

The Role
- Create high-quality, seasonal menus with a focus on local seafood and produce
- Manage stock, suppliers, and food costs
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Deliver consistency and quality in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
- A genuine passion for fresh, locally sourced food (especially seafood)
- A hands-on approach and a drive to build something from the ground up
- Someone who fits naturally into a family-run, close-knit business
