Daily Pay Rate: £110 - 120
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity this September?
Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Birmingham to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Nursery team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children at the very beginning of their education, helping them develop their confidence, communication, independence and love of learning through engaging, play-based activities.
Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS lessons and continuous provision activities.

Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and as part of whole-class learning.

Encourage learning through play, exploration, and child-led activities.

Support the development of children's communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

Observe and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to the class teacher.

Help prepare learning resources and maintain an organised, stimulating classroom environment.
What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification in a childcare-related subject.

Previous experience supporting children within an EYFS or Reception setting.

A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
