Responsibilities
- Safely operate a snack van to deliver products to various locations according to schedule
- Load and unload inventory, including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records for each route
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance needs
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times
- Assist in warehouse activities when not on delivery routes, including stock replenishment and organization
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driver role, preferably with commercial driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong driving skills with knowledge of local traffic regulations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during loading and unloading processes
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Warehouse experience is advantageous for handling inventory management tasks
- Ability to stay organized, punctual, and motivated in a fast-paced environment
