Position:
We re looking for a passionate and proactive client focussed Account Executive, responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with large customer accounts across our multiple brands.
You will clearly present and articulate the benefits of our solutions to existing customers. In doing so, your focus will be on maintaining and growing our existing accounts and business relationships, as well as secure new business opportunities. You will ensure that our customers continually receive exceptional customer service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Requirements:
Our Account Executive will act as a point of contact for our clients and will build long-lasting relationships that are mutually beneficial. We are looking for someone who is excited, driven, and confident to promote/present the Shortlister solutions. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and listener, with the ability to build rapport with clients, and will also be innovative, commercially aware and strategic.
Responsibilities include:
Understand existing client needs and expectations, whilst explaining our solution value.
Build strong relationships/ rapports with external clients.
Collaborating with wider stakeholders to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company product solutions and services.
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on continually improving the client experience.

Location
Whilst the role is based at our head office in York, flexibility to travel is essential as you will regularly visit customers across the UK.
