About the role
Ideal for a passionate and dedicated Nail Technician, an exciting opportunity to join a premium beauty and wellness team in to delivering high-quality manicures, pedicures and nail treatments in a client-focused environment that combines exceptional service, expert care and luxury treatment standards. Requiring a minimum NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification, have at least one year of spa or clinic experience, and bring excellent client care skills, strong time management, a self-motivated approach, and a positive, can-do attitude.
What you’ll be doing
As a Nail Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beauty treatments and creating a welcoming, professional experience for every client. Specialising in manicures and pedicures you'll join our passionate and dedicated team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nail and beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, buffing, cuticle care, CND Shellac application, and hand and foot massage. You will create a welcoming and relaxing experience for clients, carry out consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times.
- Provide luxury manicures, pedicures and nail treatments.
- Carry out nail shaping, buffing and cuticle care to a high standard.
- Apply CND Shellac and other premium nail polish brands.
- Deliver hand and foot massage treatments.
- Create a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Recommend suitable treatments based on individual requirements.
- Stay up to date with beauty trends, techniques and product knowledge.
- Advise clients on aftercare and recommend suitable retail products to enhance results.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workspace.
- Sanitise tools and equipment in line with health and safety standards.
- Follow salon hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable client experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the salon.
- Take part in team meetings and training sessions to develop skills and service quality.
- Support with ad hoc tasks as directed by the line manager.

Criteria
Qualification: Minimum NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification
Experience: At least 1 year of spa or clinic experience
