Café All-Rounder / Barista
Location: Bay Barrage (formerly Memo Bay Café)
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Café All-Rounder to join our growing team! If you love coffee, enjoy chatting with customers and don’t mind getting stuck into every part of café life, we’d love to hear from you.
Barista experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Your role will include:
- Making great coffees and hot drinks
- Serving ice cream and desserts
- Taking customer orders and handling payments
- Preparing food and drinks
- Keeping the café clean, tidy and well stocked
- Opening and closing duties
- Providing excellent customer service
- Helping wherever needed to keep the café running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has barista experience (preferred)
- Is friendly, approachable and enjoys working with people
- Has a positive attitude and brings good energy to the team
- Can stay calm and solve problems when things get busy
- Works well as part of a team
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Takes pride in creating a great customer experience

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
