Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join our team. You will be meeting clients and customers daily, so good spoken English and strong communication skills are required. We use various apps throughout the day to communicate, send job information and receive job reports, so applicants must have a smartphone and be comfortable using it.
The role will mainly involve carpentry work; however, some general maintenance tasks may also be required, including basic plumbing, basic electrical work and other general property maintenance. Training can be provided where needed, but previous industry experience is essential.
Successful candidates will be carrying out reactive maintenance works, often unsupervised, in residential and commercial properties. This is a demanding, fast-paced role, so applicants must be able to use their own initiative, problem-solve, work tidily and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
You must be capable, resourceful and able to think on your feet.

Probation Period
1-week trial, followed by a 3-month probation period.
Salary
Option 1:
£35,000 – £42,000 per annum (To be discussed at interview, depending on experience.)
Option 2:
£160 – £220 per day (To be discussed at interview, depending on experience.)
*Higher rates may be considered if you have your own vehicle.
