THE BUTCHER SOCIAL CLUB, created by entrepreneur Yossi Eliyahoo of The Entourage Group, is a high-end yet casual burger restaurant. The Butcher Social Club is a living lobby restaurant offering lounge areas, game tables, swing seats, a two-story living green wall, music and artwork. It is a place where guests connect, hang out, meet and certainly have a great night out. Not only burgers but also other great food will be served accompanied with live DJ music every night.
We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Runner to join our team at THE BUTCHER SOCIAL CLUB. Food Runners are responsible for serving guests in all sections of the restaurant and assist with clearing and refilling stations as well as maintaining the back of house. All of our employees work together to provide outstanding, authentic service and experience for every guest. To realize this, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our team.
Responsibilities

Delivering food: The restaurant runner is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely and efficient manner.

Checking orders: The runner should check each order for accuracy and ensure that the correct dishes are delivered to the right tables.

Providing customer service: The runner may interact with guests to answer questions, make recommendations, and provide general assistance with their dining experience.

Clearing tables: The runner may also be responsible for clearing tables and ensuring that the dining area is clean and tidy.

Assisting with other duties: The runner may assist with other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager, such as preparing tables, taking orders, or processing payments.
Requirements

Customer service skills: Restaurant runners should have good customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests.

Ability to work under pressure: Restaurant runners must be able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Attention to detail: Restaurant runners must pay attention to details to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered to the right tables.
