Due to business expansion and working with a larger client base, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team! The successful individual will work towards becoming a professional gardener, who will primarily be responsible for maintaining gardens for some of our clients. This is a permanent, full time position. Requirements for the Role: - Some horticultural knowledge is desirable, but not essential as 1:1 training will be provided for at least 3 months. Additional opportunities such as gaining an industry recognised qualification will be available. - Ability to work independently most of the time - Someone who loves working outside and willing to work in most weather conditions year round. - Ability to liase with our clients and provide services that meet their needs and expectations - A reliable individual who will turn up to appointments on time - Someone who is physically fit and able to work on their feet all day every day. - Someone who works methodically, safely and keeps to schedule. - A full clean driving license is essential, as you’ll have your own diary of work after the training period.
