The Role
The Premier Host will work independently or as part of a team responsible for the day to day delivery of providing an exceptionally high standard of at seat and buffet counter food to passengers.
Role responsibilities
To provide a waiter/waitress service to the first-class passenger offering professionally and
courteously service to passengers that travel on TfW. To ensure that an exceptionally high level
of quality customer service and care is given and maintained on a day to day basis.
To be presentable, professional and on-brand with TfW by wearing the correct uniform at all
time to maintain personal hygiene and immaculate presentation.
To be compliant with Health and Safety policies by wearing the correct Personal Protection
Equipment (PPE) and adhere to the COSHH assessments, methods of cleaning and the correct
use of all cleaning products at all times to comply with Health and Safety legislation.
Be responsible for offering our customers a wide range of available products by accurately
accounting for all stock, reporting any defects and working with the trolley when needed to
provide a consistent service offering.
Accurately process cash transactions with our customer by following TfW cash handling
procedures to ensure TfW can be compliant and accurately report on customer spending.
Who we're looking for
Demonstrable experience of providing high quality face to face customer service.
Excellent customer organisational skills.
Previous experience of handing cash and sales transactions.
Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety and Food Hygiene regulations and Health and
Safety procedures.
Welsh Language Skills
While not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application.
