We are looking for a proactive, commercially focused Growth Account Manager to work with a portfolio of garage partners, driving performance, engagement, and long-term retention.
This is a true account management role — focused on building strong, lasting relationships with both newly onboarded garages and long-standing partners, while also ensuring a high-quality experience for end consumers using the platform. You will play a key role in supporting garages to deliver excellent customer service and effectively manage consumer feedback and complaints.
You will work closely with garages to understand their business, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored, insight-led recommendations that drive measurable improvements in performance, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of garage partners, building strong, long-term relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact, delivering a high level of ongoing support and guidance to targeted KPIs
- Build trust through regular, proactive engagement and meaningful conversations — spending the majority of your time on relationship-building, not admin
- Use live performance dashboards and AI-driven insights to analyse account performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular, insight-led account reviews, working with garages to set clear goals and agreed actions with each garage
- Support garages in delivering a high standard of customer service to end consumers, including managing and resolving complaints
- Drive improvements in bookings, conversion, pricing, reviews, and overall account health
- Act as the voice of your garages at BookMyGarage, recommending improvements to systems, policies and processes to help your garages grow
- Support garages in optimising their presence on the platform to increase visibility and revenue
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver the best outcomes for clients
- Drive retention by delivering clear value and measurable results
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management (minimum of 2 years)
- Strong track record of managing and growing customer relationships
- Interest in or understanding of the automotive market
- Experience in using CRM systems and performance data to drive decisions
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and virtual meetings)
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks
- Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven
- Experience in a performance-driven or KPI-focused role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
