Overview
Job descriptions must clearly define the responsibilities of the position for both the employer and the employee.
Job descriptions also need to define the main skills and competencies required for the role. This can be quite different to educational requirements which also should be listed along with minimum work experience needed.
A Pirtek franchise is quite a small business and hence roles within the organisation are likely to be quite wide ranging. It is therefore important that a job description does not unduly limit a position and there is scope to introduce new responsibilities as the business grows and changes.
