Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

THE ROLE
This is not a typical vehicle wrapping role.
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Wrap Specialist to join our installation team. You’ll work on high-profile motorsport and premium automotive projects, installing graphics that are seen around the world.
One week you could be wrapping a Formula E race car, the next installing garage branding overseas or applying graphics to a commercial fleet.
You’ll need to be confident working independently and as part of a team, with the skill, attitude and attention to detail needed to maintain 3SixtyWraps’ reputation for exceptional work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install full and partial vehicle wraps to a consistently high standard.
- Apply printed graphics, decals and specialist films to race cars, road cars, commercial vehicles and motorsport assets.
- Install graphics to garages, pit equipment, transporters, hospitality structures and event branding.
- Prepare vehicles and surfaces correctly before application.
- Remove existing graphics safely and efficiently.
- Work confidently with cast films, laminates and specialist materials.
- Identify potential installation issues early and resolve them properly.
- Complete work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy, alignment and durability.
- Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, organised workspace.
- Represent 3SixtyWraps professionally when working on-site with clients.
- Travel throughout the UK and internationally when required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years’ professional vehicle wrapping experience.
- Proven ability to wrap complex panels including bumpers, mirrors, spoilers and recessed areas.
- Strong understanding of cast wrapping films including 3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon or similar.
- Excellent surface preparation, application and finishing standards.
- Ability to work independently to a high standard.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Calm, positive and professional under pressure.
- Full UK driving license.
- Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Experience within professional motorsport.
- Experience installing graphics to garages, pit equipment, hospitality units or event spaces.
- 3M Preferred Installer, Avery Dennison or other recognised industry certification.
- IPAF and/or PASMA qualification.
- Basic understanding of print production and finishing.
